Part time Practice Nurse – hours and work pattern negotiable

We are seeking an experienced practice nurse to join our friendly, supportive, and well-established practice team.  The successful applicant will join our nursing team to provide our patients with vaccinations, cervical screening, long term condition reviews, wound care, ECG’s and health promotion.

Salary £20-£23 ph depending on experience.

Mount Farm Surgery is an innovative and professional teaching practice in Suffolk, located on the outskirts of the cathedral town of Bury St. Edmunds with close links to the A14.

Our practice team consists of 10 GPs plus a dedicated clinical team including GP trainees, nurses, HCA’s, ACP/ECP’ and a clinical pharmacist.  We have a dedicated management team, plus a large team of other administrative staff.

Our membership of Bury St Edmunds PCN ensures we have an extended team which includes a paramedic home visiting service, on site clinical pharmacists, a social wellbeing prescriber, and 2 care co-ordinators.
