*Interviews scheduled for 6th November*
West Suffolk Rural PCN are currently looking to welcome a newly qualified GP under the ARRS scheme to work alongside their team based at Wickhambrook Surgery.
We are seeking someone newly qualified within the last 2 years who has not yet held a substantive position post qualification. This position is part-time basis, flexible to 2-4 sessions per week.
Wickhambrook Surgery is a happy and thriving rural 3 partner GMS GP Practice, just over the Cambridgeshire border in the beautiful rural Suffolk countryside.
We are a Dispensing GP Practice with a clear focus on delivering the highest quality patient care to our 5300 patients. We are highly regarded by our practice population, with 90% of our patients rating the practice as fairly good (30%) or very good (60%) in the 2024 national GP Patient Survey.
Services are provided from a purpose built one storey building, and the surgery with our patient group is very much at the heart of the local community. We have no care homes within the practice catchment area.
We offer a competitive salary and recognise the importance of a healthy work life balance.
The practice has a long and successful history of balancing the needs of the practice population along with the wellbeing of the staff, and we recognise the importance of both.
Informal visits and enquiries are welcome.
Please see attached job description for further details.
