Siam Surgery is a semi-rural GMS practice which provides a high level of care to approximately 11,500 patients in Sudbury, Suffolk and its surrounding villages.

We are a well-established, friendly and supportive practice who are looking to welcome a GP into our team. We are forward-thinking and work hard to future proof our success so we are willing to wait for the right candidate.

The practice:

• Stable Partnership of 4 GPs supported by a dedicated team of 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 3 Practice Nurses and a Trainee Nursing Associate
• Large multi skilled non-clinical team
• Part of a 2 practice PCN with an excellent team of multidisciplinary staff integrated into the practice
• Rated good in all areas by CQC
• High QOF achievement
• Good reputation and high level of patient satisfaction

The role:

• Salaried GP with view to Partnership in the future
• 8 sessions per week
• SystmOne clinical system
• 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week study leave pro rata

We are looking for someone who is innovative, driven, and will thrive as part of our team in the ever changing environment of General Practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full range of primary care services whilst ensuring the highest standards of care.

Location:

• Rented premises within Sudbury Community Health Centre which is a modern, well-equipped building with free onsite parking and is home to various other services; community nursing, West Suffolk Hospital outpatients, radiology, midwifery, phlebotomy, adult social care, mental health services, health visitors, school nursing and out of hours provisions
• Sudbury is a historic market town on the River Stour, near to the North East Essex border. Close to the town of Bury St Edmunds and only 24 miles from the coast, Sudbury also has good connections with Cambridge and London.
