Hours – Full Time

Salary negotiable depending upon experience

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, enthusiastic and highly motivated manager to join this friendly and very well respected medical practice.

Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership, have a sound knowledge of operational management and the organisational skills and ability to deliver against agreed objectives and timelines.

General Practice or other NHS experience is desirable but not essential.

Demonstrable management experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential.

Reporting to the GP Partners and working closely with the Assistant Practice Manager, the successful candidate will be supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, with the responsibility for the delivery of front-line patient services, HR, finance, administration and CQC compliance.
