  • An enlarged senior leadership team drawn from across all clinical groups and managers
  • A ‘reimagined’ working environment and workflow which addresses current challenges and is attractive to work in
  • The most advanced user of technology in Suffolk general practice.
  • A practice where individuals come to work, learn and then move on to share Unity’s vision.

We can offer you:

  • An attractive and enhanced rate of pay, to reflect the additional responsibility of the role
  • Mentorship as a leader, from the ICB Associate Medical Director (the surgery Clinical Lead) and the GP Federation

  • Support with secondment opportunities / career development
  • Opportunities for flexible working where practical

You must offer us:

  • Enthusiasm and energy to be involved with change management
  • A willingness to work with others, support our multidisciplinary team, and to be part of our can-do culture
  • A sharing of our vision and to make a commitment to join us in its delivery
